Keith

Chef Keith's culinary journey began at Bishop Gorman High School where he excelled in football and wrestling. After studying criminal justice at ASU, he shifted his focus to his new passion: food. Inspired by his grandmother’s Mediterranean and Greek heritage, he blends Cajun, Asian and global flavors. Chef Keith honed his skills at a Cajun restaurant in Louisiana, apprenticed as a sushi chef in Hawaii, and later worked at Las Vegas restaurants Sumo Sushi and Sushi Loca. His leadership roles include Whole Foods, 99 Ranch Market, House of Rice, and he is the founder of Yaya’s. Recognized as one of Las Vegas’ 25 Best Chefs, he continues to innovate as a caterer and culinary trailblazer.
