Adina

Hi! I’m Adina — a passionate sourdough baker, workshop host, and community builder. What started as a love for homemade bread turned into a full-blown obsession with wild yeast and fermentation. I host fun, hands-on sourdough workshops where people learn to care for their starters and bake delicious loaves from scratch. I also sell small-batch sourdough at local markets and love experimenting with new flavors and techniques. For me, baking is about creativity, connection, and sharing something meaningful (and tasty) with others.
